Coach Tess attended the National Volunteering Conference, an inspiring event that celebrated girls’ and women’s football. Tess participated in a powerful panel discussion that underscored the crucial impact of female volunteers in grassroots football, followed by engaging breakout workshops. She immersed herself in the on-pitch coaching workshop, where theory combined with practice, held on the legendary Terry Venables indoor pitch featured in cherished England videos

As manager of Longford Park JFC Girls U17s, I’ve witnessed firsthand how strong communities are built on lasting partnerships and shared values.
